Chauncy

Little Chauncy came into rescue with his Sheltie best friend, Casey. We kept our promise to them to keep them together for life, and sadly Casey passed away from cancer soon after arriving in rescue. Chauncy was very loved by his foster/forever mom, who described him as a bundle of fun in a little package. He happily bounced around the house like a puppy, and he was always up for an adventure. His favorite pasttime was playing outside in the grass.

Sebastian

Sebastian was so grateful to find a forever home with a wonderful couple with a soft spot for senior Shelties, who cherished the special boy he was. He received a lifetime of love and the best of care with them, and the attention he so craved. When a health issue arose, they went the extra mile(s) to help him to be comfortable. We are grateful his moms were so dedicated to his health and happiness and that the best part of his life was with them. Sebastian crossed the Rainbow Bridge on September 25th, 2018.

Mickey

A very shy boy when he came into rescue, Mickey blossomed in the kindness and love that he found with his forever family. He loved to chase birds and squirrels in the yard, roll in the snow, visit the mountain home, bark the alert when visitors came to the house, and nap with his canine sister Pebbles. He was his mom’s constant companion, keeping tabs on her and staying as close to her as possible. A very good boy and a good listener. Mickey crossed the Rainbow Bridge on September 8th, 2018, shortly after celebrating his 17th birthday with his loving family.

Dobby

Dobby's big brown eyes won his dad's heart and they were best buds from the first day. Dobby loved the children in the neighborhood and going on adventures with his dad, who described Dobby as  a dynamite dog! Dobby crossed the Rainbow Bridge in September, 2018.
