Zeus

Zeus became friends with his adopter the minute he met her! He is now home with her and has a nice fenced yard to play in and keep guard over. Zeus has a new Sheltie brother, Jake, who has been quite lonely since the loss of their Sheltie Angel due to kidney disease. Hopefully Zeus and Jake will become good buddies and Zeus, being a bit of an extrovert, will show Jake how to be less of an introvert. Zeus is quite the charmer and has already made friends with a few new humans, and looks forward to meeting and greeting more. Adopted 2/9/19.

Tanzie

“Mama” Tanzie was rescued from the reservation with her 5 pups by Lightshine Canine, and with the help of Heart of a Border Collie Rescue, mom and pups were transferred to MNSR. The babies have all flown the nest, and Tanzie has found her forever home with a mini-Poodle sister named Roxie Mae and a very loving family who plans to take her to training once she adjusts in her new life. Tanzie is so thankful to her foster families for the great start in life, and to all who were part of her journey to forever happiness. Adopted 1/29/19.

Enya

My little Princess Enya has gained her angel wings. She was so shy when we adopted her 7 years ago. She went from running the fence line in fear trying to escape, to learning from Maxwell and Riley that being petted was OK. Buddy the cat let her know this was his house. Once her confidence grew, she let him know 'I’m the Princess and we will share the running of the house'. So many baby steps we celebrated. From coming up to us to get her rubs on the head after she watched the boys, to laying by our feet, to walking into the kitchen for the first time after two years.

Gonzo

Gonzo (fka Truman) is so excited to have a forever home with two small humans to pal around with! I'm the family's first dog but I do have feline and cockatiel siblings. Reports are that I'm a really good boy and the perfect fit! Thank you to Heart of a BorderCollie Rescue and LightShine Canine for rescuing me off the reservations to that I could find a home through MNSR. Adopted 1/11/19.
