Beautiful dear Tess was presented with her angel wings on October 29th, 2021, in the comforting love of her family with whom she felt safe and cherished. As they started petting and talking to her she became more calm. Tess knew they were there and felt more peaceful because of it. She was their foster in name only. In every way that mattered, she found her very own family with them. We are grateful to Tess’s foster family for embracing her special needs. Through their love and gentle care, Tess was able to have the loving, happy life she so deserved.
