Carrick

When Carrick came to Minnesota Sheltie Rescue, he was in need of someone who could help him to feel safe with people. We were very fortunate to have a wonderful family for him who wanted to help a Sheltie who may not have had the best experiences with humans in the past. He thrived with the structure, routine and consistency they provided, and was a loyal, loving family member.

Shylee

Our beloved Shylee crossed the rainbow bridge on August 17th. We miss her dearly. I can't believe that our sweet baby girl is gone. I remember the day you introduced me to her. How could I not fall in love instantly? She was truly a perfect girl. Beautiful inside and out. She loved her housemates (and her food) but she really loved her little boy. He would always call her Ninny. We don't know why but that became her second name. They had a special bond. I really want to thank you and MNSR for bringing her into our lives. What your organization does is wonderful.

Jasper

Jasper was one of seven Shelties to come to Minnesota Sheltie Rescue when 25 Shelties were rescued in Washington last winter. After a foster stopover at Top Dog Country Club, Jasper was welcomed by a couple with lots of Sheltie experience. Jasper looks forward to enjoying tasty Frosty Paws and playtime fun with his new Sheltie siblings, and being loved up by mom & dad! Adopted 8/17/2020.

Skyler

In January 2020, Minnesota Sheltie Rescue took in 7 Shelties from a group of 25 in need in Washington. The 4th of our 7 Washington Shelties has found his happily ever after! Handsome Skyler with his adorable ears joins MNSR alum Joey, a Cocker sister named Stella, and a mom with lots of Sheltie experience to help this sweet boy grow and blossom! Adopted 8/14/20.
