After being rescued from a neglectful situation, Charlie quickly formed a very close bond with his dad. Charlie loved playing in the snow and going for walks with dad. He was a star in agility class, and was proud to be the office dog. Charlie crossed the Rainbow Bridge in August, 2019. " He was my nearly constant companion and I couldn't have asked for a better dog and friend." |
Lui came into rescue at the age of 8 and found his forever home with a loving couple and their mini Aussie. Lui had a wonderful life full of adventure with them, traveling the United States in a motorcoach, and spending time in northern Minnesota in the summer, Arizona in the fall, and southern Florida in the winter. Lui gained his angel wings unexpectedly on July 24th, 2019. "He was truly loved and cared well for. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to love Lui!" |
Angie came into rescue with 13 other Shelties, and was so fortunate to join a loving couple who had previously helped another MNSR puppymill survivor, Becka. She loved her walks and her quiet and peaceful lifestyle suited her. Angie crossed the Rainbow Bridge on July 24th, 2019 at the age of 15, with her devoted mom by her side. "She has been a wonderful companion all these years. I miss her very much." |
Joey joined a loving family after his devoted mom could no longer care for him. He enjoyed going for walks, taking naps, relaxing outside, and being doted on by the grandchildren. Very sadly, Joey crossed the Rainbow Bridge on July 12th, 2019. He is dearly missed by his family. |
