Bandit

Bandit’s humans knew instantly that he was the dog for them and he stole their hearts. He had a lifelong friend in his canine sister Willow, and when a little human came along in the family, Bandit was happy to have a buddy to cuddle with at night. Bandit crossed the Rainbow Bridge on January 12th, 2021 and is very much missed by his loving family.

Coni

My Little Coni, my precious shetland sheepdog, who had such joyful energy and zest for life, especially playing ball and being with others, has passed on to heaven. I am so grateful for the time I had with him and for Linda & Ken to introduce me to him through Minnesota sheltie rescue. He brought such joy to everyone he met and loved to be with others.

Jimmy & Ollie

Jimmy and Ollie, two very bonded brothers, were able to stay together after coming into rescue. They loved going for walks with their family, hanging out in their beautiful Colorado backyard, taking naps together, and were never apart from each other. Jimmy crossed the Rainbow Bridge on July 7th, 2020, and his beloved best friend and brother followed him on December 28th, 2020.

Smurphy Murphy

After a ruff start at a puppy mill, little Smurphy Murphy’s story went from rags to riches, joining a loving Sheltie family that included two Sheltie brothers. Murphy was a joyful little girl who loved to go for walks with mom, barking, prancing and spinning the whole way. Although not a lap dog, Murphy loved affection on her terms, enjoying a good ear scratch or muzzle rub.
