We're Deeply Grateful for Your Support on Give to the Max Day!

Thank you to everyone who supports Minnesota Sheltie Rescue and donated on Give to the Max Day 2020 - you're the best!

We raised a very impressive $33,668! We also won our first ever Golden Ticket worth $500 in the 8:15pm drawing! We are so grateful to everyone for your help, it makes a huge difference in our ability to provide care for Shelties in need!

Candy

Somewhere during the long night of watching over her for the last time, Candy, ever the alpha pup, chose her own time to slip over the rainbow bridge on November 18th, 2020. I don't know when, exactly, as she chose to go while I was taking a catnap. I miss her so much - she was my ‘steady eddie’ Sheltie, always by my side. Laddie and I still look for her and probably will for some time.

Cooper

When Cooper was adopted by his foster family, he gained not only a loving family, but also a best friend in Sheltie Bram. They loved to wrestle and were always together. Cooper was my constant shadow, During the pandemic, we became even closer. I could rub his butt and he would grin and dance. I'm so grateful that, even with such a tough start in life, Cooper trusted and accepted us and enriched our lives for as long as we had together.

Sasha Marie

Sasha was diagnosed with transitional cell carcinoma shortly after joining us in March, and developed renal disease in recent months. Her foster mom loved Sasha dearly and took the best care of her to provide her with a happy, comfortable life for as long as possible. Our foster Sheltie Sasha Marie earned her angel wings on November 17th, 2020.
