Little Marlo has her happily ever after with a very loving mom who previously gave a wonderful life to MNSR Sheltie Banjo. Marlo has already found a chair she really likes and she woofed at a couple neighbors by the fence. Mom is excited to discover all of Marlo’s unique qualities! Marlo woofs thanks to her foster mom and Sheltie mentor for giving her a great start, and to the The Retrievers for getting her to safety with MNSR!
Bandit joined his forever family in 2014 and found a best friend in his sister Portia, who was an Eskie mix like him. They loved to bark at the mail carrier and to chase the squirrels in the yard. Harley the cat decided Bandit was also his best friend and followed him everywhere. Bandit loved the cold and would dive face first into the snow. His mom would run a fan for him even in winter because he loved that.
Beautiful Claire was adopted by very special people in January 2020, knowing their time with this very sweet 12 year old girl with kidney disease would be focused on quality. And oh, how loved and happy she was with them! The thing she loved most in the last couple months was when her daddy carried her from outside and she just had to look at him and he would carry her upstairs for her ice water.
After 8 months of outstanding care by my foster mom, I have “left the nest” to join my forever family! My parents understand about giving me space and time to build trust, and they know how to keep me safe. I have two feline sisfurs, too! Criss, feeling thankful, adopted 11/22/2020.
